The theme for Every Inchie Monday this week was sparkle. Ooo, gimme gimme...I can do sparkle with the best of them! I started with a splattered watercolor background and added Pearl Ex powders, inexpensive larger rhinestones, tiny little 2.5mm Preciosa flat back rhinestones in peridot and then a bit of glitter puffy paint. The border was done with silver metallic pen. Yum! Although I'm not a sparkly person in real life, I do have a lot of sparkly bits in my studio.
